Clare and Dusty's wedding at Suikerbossie ( www.suikerbossie.co.za) in Hout Bay, highlighted what weddings should be all about.. love, laughter, and free spirited, highly contagious fun. From the releasing of white doves, to friends dressing up and masking various personalities, to opera and rockstar performances by family and friends, it was truely a hedonistic affair from start to finish.
What a treat to hear the funky 3 member Pagiemac band perform live with their soulful and capella melodies (http://paigemac.com/). Universal has just signed them up, so another SA band worth watching out for. Clares free flowing hair was thanks to the work of Jean Witte (http://prohairstylist.com.au/tag/jean-witte/) and her absolutely breathtaking avant-garde wedding gown was compliments of Sottero and Midgley (http://www.sotteroandmidgley.com/). Lastly, thanks to David, co-owner at Suikerbossie, for his continual professionalism and respect shown for everyone who has a job to do on the day--it was such a pleasure being back at Suikerbossie for this gig.
