The beauty of Ezna and Wynand's wedding at Augusta Kleinbosch in Paarl (www.kleinbosch.de/) is that one feels engulfed in an oasis, with a garden of eden forming the perfect canopy away from the scorching heat. A highlight of the day was not only the most obedient and well trained horse I have ever worked with, but to witness the excitement of the bride and groom when Michelle from horsetrails (www.horsetrails-sa.co.za) added to the festivities by performing the ancient art of Sabrage and got the bubbly flowing in a frenetic flowing fashion. (One can also witness the art of Sabrage at Cabriere wine estate in Franschhoek www.cabriere.co.za where live demonstrations are performed on Saturday mornings).
